To make your Refunds and Returns Policy fit your African Sunrise coffee brand, we need to address the fact that coffee is a perishable food item, which usually means it cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans once the bag has been opened or the seal is broken. We want you to love your stone-farmed coffee, so if you are unhappy with your roast, please reach out to us via WhatsApp so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a return on non-perishable items (such as brewing equipment or unopened bags), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {your_email}.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at {your_email} or send us a photo of the damage on WhatsApp.
